We are in the middle of springtime, the season symbolizing renewal, rebirth and a time for growth. The start of a better time where many flowers bloom in a long succession. Most of us also start to think about our new year's resolutions and how we want to end the year. A lot of people will indulge in their favourite foods during the festive season but hope that they'll always think about healthy living prior to the summer bug's bite so they don't drown in guilty. On the 11th to 13th October, our own wellness centre successfully hosted a health awareness campaign where staff and all stakeholders (customers and visitors) were encouraged to make use of the free services where HIV tests and counseling, Sugar level tests and Blood Pressure tests were provided for.
