Get a new Fresh Card – a passport to access infinite variety of best priced quality produce
We are pleased to inform you that we have revamped our buyer card offering to reward loyal customers. With effect from 01 August 2010, Joburg Market will be introducing a new personalised “Fresh Card” as part of improved buyer accreditation system. As we work harder to improve our service offering, you will be affected in the following ways:
- You have to reregister as a customer.
- To reregister, you must produce your valid identity document or passport, proof of company registration (for companies) and proof of address.
- Once registered, you will be issued with a new, personalised “Fresh Card” immediately.
- Depending on your purchasing parity, you will be issued with a card in one of the following categories: Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze.
- You will be charged a once off fee of R50 to cover admin and system cost.
- In order to reregister, you must visit a Customer Service Kiosk in any of the Joburg Market’s three sales hall to fill in an application form. You will be asked to produce a valid identity document or passport, proof of company registration (for registered companies) and proof of address.
- These documents are required as part of Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA) compliance. Once your details are captured, you will be issued with your new personalised Fresh Card immediately to enjoy uninterrupted shopping.
