Every year, from hundreds of nominations received, 15 entries make it to the semi-finals, from which 6 finalist are chosen. The task of getting the eventual winner from the 6 finalist is often arduous – all the more glory to the person that gets crowned.
The Boss of the Year Award® acts as a barometer of the South African nation and its places of work, because annually the entries received and the finalists chosen reflect WHO is doing a good leadership job, and WHERE.
